Summer With Topshop.

Today, I am sharing something slightly different with you. This isn’t a product review nor a competition, but rather just a few outfits I love from Topshop SA that I shot with Tegan Smith Photography.

IMG_3337

The skirt has such a beautiful movement when the breeze catches it, and I really found that the monochrome stripes just complimented my body so well – making me look slim and tall! The slight flare to the arm of the black top was subtle but gorgeous. And the pastel pink shoes – I am obsessed! The entire outfit is perfect for a night out with the girls. Daff did a casual half up-do hairstyle and very natural makeup for this look.

This second look was a little edgy in comparison to my usual choice of outfit, but I loved it! I was a bit skeptical about wearing a dress that had a small opening, however, it is in the perfect position, which means it flaunts the non postpartum part of my tummy. The floral print is perfect for summer, and the leather jacket just ups it’s edginess a little. I loved the cute pastel pink clutch which complimented my shoes perfectly. I just wore my hair down for this look and again, my makeup is simple.

If you are a mom who is reading this, DO dress up, and DO sometimes follow that urge you have to get a little bit adventurous with your outfits. I had so much fun.

All of these looks (head to toe) are available at Topshop SA. So, it is super easy for you to get the complete outfit by simply popping into their store.

Look out for the next 3 looks coming soon!

Spree’s New Baby : The Index

A quick confession – one thing that really drives me insane is when non-parents assume that just because a woman has become a mom, it means that for some unknown reason that we are incapable of being fashionable.

Someone recently asked me what I do, and when I told them that I was a blogger, their eyes lit up and they continued by asking me what I blog about. I responded by saying: “I am a parenting, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and at times, a travel blogger.” She looked confused, and said – “That’s so cool that you can write about fashion as a mom.”

I was actually feeling slightly puzzled by her response. What does that even mean? I may be a mom, but it doesn’t mean that we lose our sense of style. It may mean, that for a short while – we may have to purchase a size up, BUT, we can still follow the trends and buy clothing that any other woman would buy.

3T6A0366

Rant over – I want to introduce you to Spree’s new baby – ‘The Index’.

3T6A0110

The who?

The Index is a new online sneaker and street wear destination for Men, Women and Kids. They are home to some of our most loved sneaker brands, such as Adidas, Puma, Converse, Fila, Reebok, Vans & New Balance.

3T6A0118

3T6A0434

3T6A0326

I like to say that my little family is pretty trendy, perhaps you beg to differ – however, we are also a very casual family. We each have our own personal style, and it’s been fun seeing the style that Olly begins to sway towards as he gets a little older. As beach lovers, and a family who spends a lot of time outdoors, we found that The Index was a perfect shopping destination for us. Plus, as parents – who has time for shopping malls anyway?

3T6A0084

We each chose our own pair of sneakers from The Index & were literally overwhelmed with the variety to choose from. If you don’t find at least 5 pairs of sneakers you fall in love with, then I must say that I have a sneaky suspicion that you aren’t much of a sneaker wearer in the first place…

3T6A0145 (1)
We also each chose an outfit from Spree, so what you see is all available at www.spree.co.za

3T6A0479

We have all been going on with our lives with an extra bounce in our step. Do yourself and your families a favour and check out the trendy, the exciting, the amazing – THE INDEX: https://www.spree.co.za/the-index?

WHAT ARE WE WEARING?

3T6A0116
Olly is wearing Guess Knit Shorts: https://www.spree.co.za/guess-knit-short-mid-blue/product/W65A28K?ref_catid=1257 and the Gunner Crew Tee by Guess: https://www.spree.co.za/guess-gunner-crew-tee-dark-red/product/F9IYARQ complete with his red Chuck Taylor High Top Sneakers by Converse: https://www.spree.co.za/converse-chuck-taylor-high-top-sneaker-red/product/322Y256?ref_catid=4823

3T6A0272
David is wearing a grey Essential Tee by Guess paired with the New Balance Essential Sweatpants complete with these Adidas Seeley Sneakers.

3T6A0425And lastly, I am dressed in Mango, in my Print Detail T-shirt and Cropped Bow Detail Trousers complete with my Adidas Originals White Stan Smith sneakers.

Now, please! I dare you to look me in the eyes and tell me that I can’t be trendy as a mom. And for those of you who struggle to put together an outfit, or who struggle to keep up with what is trending, Spree makes it so simple for you. Their photos for each garment show their model dressed in a full outfit put together with garments that are ALL available on their website. Obviously, the sneaker choosing is the easiest, yet most difficult choice – because you just want them all.

That Postpartum Self-Image.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, with your pregnant belly or postpartum body staring back at you, how do you feel?

3T6A0085

Without even being entirely aware of it the majority of the time, and rather finding myself in a little bit of an emotional place in my life at times and then thinking back to life since falling pregnant up until now and sort of waking up to the fact that I’ve been feeling this particular way for much longer than I thought, rather than just going through stages of feeling like this.

3T6A0478

It is so challenging learning to love your body with all of the changes that have come with it since falling pregnant. It truly is something that I have struggled with more than I have even been aware of. I love my body for what it has allowed me to achieve. I love my body for blessing me with the opportunity to carry a baby, to birth a baby and to be mostly healthy. But, I also struggle on a daily basis with 100% loving what it now looks like.

3T6A0280

I sometimes find myself in a bit of a negative place. I get frustrated with myself for complaining to myself or to David about weight that I have gained, and then not doing anything about it. I get irritated with myself for getting my mind so set on eating better, and then failing. I get so cross with myself when I spend so much time trying to feed Olly healthy food, and then I give into a quick microwave meal because I’m just so exhausted at the end of a day.

3T6A0325

I find myself feeling overwhelmed, but know that I can so easily avoid that by just planning and preparing weekly meals for my entire family on a day that isn’t quite so overwhelming.

I know I’m totally normal. I know that every mom feels this way at some point or another, and I know that my body has been through uncountable changes, some that I will never truly understand since falling pregnant.

3T6A0355

And then… then I did this photo-shoot with Radiefa Peters from Radz Photography. I threw myself in the deep end by choosing two dresses that I wouldn’t usually choose purely because of how I feel about my body. I took the leap, I did it. And when I got my photos back, it was almost like something triggered in my brain for the very first time since I can remember. I felt beautiful. I looked at the photographs, and for the first time in a very long time, I liked what I saw. Not the story behind the photo, or how Olly looked – but I actually smiled when I zoomed in and looked and re-looked at myself in the photos.

3T6A0150

Not many people are capable of making somebody feel that way about themselves. And I also have to hand some of the credit over to Daff Kansley, the talented makeup artist who partly gave me the confidence to actually leave the house in the first place. And to Jody from Flock Fashion & Accessories for the beautiful wardrobe that you provided me with.

3T6A0438

Getting these images back, and seeing how happy I looked in the photos has just given me the desire I needed to get myself back in shape – to stick to my exercise routine, and to stick to preparing healthy meals for my family. Why? Because a healthy self-image creates a healthy, happy individual. And me being happy means that everybody who crosses my path will leave feeling happier too.

Behind The Lens With Radz Photography

I recently shot with the very talented and creative Radiefa Peters from Radz Photography along the beautiful Sea Point Promenade. What a wonderful, strong team of women to work with – Hannah Kruyer from @shewolfsa who did my hair and makeup (I’ve never felt so beautiful) and my wardrobe from Movepretty.

3T6A0515

What I wanted to achieve was a special bond between mother and son. I do try to live a healthy and active lifestyle, and I try not to let being a mother and having a busy life with a toddler, being a work from home mom as an excuse to not have the time to be active – because it is so easy to include them in your workouts, especially from home or not in a gym environment.

I was nervous to climb into gym clothes and in front of the camera – exposing my jiggly mommy tum and prancing around showing it off in one of the most active areas in Cape Town – along the Promenade. But, WOW! I was immediately made feel comfortable and beautiful working with Radiefa (who just knew exactly what she was doing, the best angles and poses). The shoot was quick and simple. We were also blessed to have Hannah on our team who was fantastic to have on set. I think all in all, it was just the best group to work with.

3T6A0203

I got my photos back within the next few days, and was actually blown away by the photos. She just captured us beyond my expectations. Radiefa generally shoots weddings and fashion, and not so much children. But, she is incredibly talented and was just so gentle and guided us so well, that I would highly recommend working with her as a family.

3T6A0312

A Toddlers Essentials – Mumu & Me

Funnily enough, for a change Mumu & Me stumbled upon me and wanted to find out more about my blog. I sometimes am quite reluctant to review brands that contact me – but went over to their website to see what their brand was about.

SAMSUNG CSC

I logged on, and instantly felt a content feeling rush over me. Beautiful, clean photography that showed off their products well. An easy to navigate website that was simple and uncluttered, and lovely products.

SAMSUNG CSC

I chatted to Elizabeth, mom and owner behind the brand – and wanted to find out a little bit more about her company. After a few emails, I chose a couple of products I wanted to try out.

I love everything about stripes on kids. The navy and white striped long sleeve tee won it’s way to my heart immediately. They had his size! Yes!!! Add to cart. I then went on over to the toy section and fell in love with the wooden ‘ABC Sorting’ . Olly is surprisingly quite good with his letters, even though he calls them numbers – but knows the alphabet off by heart and can even fill in the gaps when I sing the alphabet to him and stop at random numbers. But seeing letters is of course a totally different thing. I was curious to see how he would react to the activity.

SAMSUNG CSC

He loved it! He squealed with delight when he opened the box and immediately found the closest seat, sat down, put his head down and got stuck in. I was honestly quite surprised to see how well he did at such a young age. I am a sucker for educational toys, and I must be honest by saying that I was really hoping that there wouldn’t be any little splinters or anything in the wood, and that the wood would be neatly sanded down. IT WAS! Joy.

Olly continues to love this activity, it’s a toy that he won’t ever lose interest in. He always goes back to it.

SAMSUNG CSC

The long sleeve is stunning. The stripes make those gorgeous blue eyes stand out and there’s just something about the cut that really makes him look so cute! The top is flawless, and I love that on the inside tag, Elizabeth has taken the time to add a little scripture verse. I love it when people add a little something that not only makes a product unique – but tells the buyer a little bit about who they are and what they stand for.

SAMSUNG CSC

Their entire range of products are lovely. I felt that they had some handmade toys that are available elsewhere, but made beautifully – such as their kids wooden cameras. They have made them beautifully and with a bit of a twist.

There are stunning birthday party gifts for kids available – such nice ideas for kids between the age of 1-5 (to be safe). Their products are handmade with care and with every little detail worried about.

SAMSUNG CSC

They are totally child safe, and I love that I don’t have to worry about having Olly choke on anything that may fall off.

I am so happy that Mumu & Me got in touch with me, I would have lost out and have been so sad to not have the opportunity to share such a lovely small, local brand with you.

SAMSUNG CSC

Definitely get your hands on some of their long sleeve tees for your little ones for this Winter. They are a winter wardrobe essential and unisex!

A Eurobebe Easter.

I am always on the look out for cute, well made boys clothes for Elijah. I don’t know about you other mama’s but when Elijah was just a tiny bump in my tummy my obsession for buying clothes for myself turned to buying clothes for my baba. Darrell and I were convinced we were having a girl. The nursery was all planned out in my mind(with a bit of help from Pinterest). And I was about to start shop shop shopping for a girl! At our 12 week scan the fetal specialist asked us if we wanted to know the gender of our baby and we sheepishly grinned yes, as we were convinced we just knew. When she said a boy we actually thought she was playing a joke on us. It took us all of 2 seconds to come around to the fact that we were having a BOY! And boy were we happy ;). But as you all know there are a lot more cute clothes out there for girls than for boys. So when I came across EUROBEBE.SA on Instagram I was so excited as the clothes for boys (and girls) are just so gorgeous!

_DSC5618

The company was started by two mama’s who wanted beautiful baby and toddler products akin to their Pinterest and `Instagram mama’s in Europe and just could not find them in South Africa, so they decided to do something about it. And EUROBEBE.SA was born. Their signature look draws inspiration from Scandinavian design, specializing in sourcing the best and latest in European baby and toddler wear.
_DSC5711
I went a bit cray cray ordering things for Elijah on their beautiful and very easy to navigate website. The clothes are not hideously expensive, even though they are imported from Europe and so I was able to buy a few pieces for Elijah’s winter wardrobe. The package arrived quickly and was so beautifully wrapped. Elijah helped me open all the individually wrapped garments and immediately clutched the fox coat to his chest shouting “Freddy Fox!” He wanted to put it straight on and ran to the mirror remarking that he had a tail. Sweet boy.
unspecified-2
We also got bunny suits which Lisa and I thought would be perfect for the boys baking day in the Sweet Lion Heart kitchen with Matt Masson Weddings taking photographs of them helping Nikki Albertyn make some yummy Easter Bunny Rocket Pops. Those two sweet bunnies stole everyones hearts who saw them.

Thank you EUROBEBE.SA we shall definitely be shopping with you again! You can shop to right here: https://www.eurobebe-sa.com
HAPPY EASTER!!!

Little Dreamer

I live in my slouchy pants at home, and sometimes I even get away with sneaking out to the shop without anybody noticing me leaving the house in them. Truth is, this post isn’t about me. So let’s get to the point!

I am OBSESSED with these sweet mustard boys linen shorts from ByRoeline. Mustard is so trendy at the moment, and such a practical colour for kids. It also goes with EVERYTHING. So, you can’t go wrong with this garment in your kids wardrobe.

image8

These shorts have become a staple in our house. This clearly means that they are comfortable! Olly refuses to wear pants that are too tight around the waist. I love that these have a drawstring, as it means that as he grows, his shorts will grow with him. He also has the tiniest little waist. We always struggle to find pants that fit him, especially because he is tall – so having an adjustable waistband is fantastic, and so well thought through.

image2image6

I have a soft spot for garments made from linen. They look beautiful and high end, and almost leave you with a feeling of exclusivity and sophistication.  The beauty of linen is that it gets softer with each wash. The linen is so soft, and is breathable, which makes them perfect for these hot summer days.

image3

I love that you can dress an outfit up or down with these shorts. Olly doesn’t often have clothes on in summer at home (HAHA), but when he does he can happily, and comfortably prance around stylishly in his shorts with a loose vest or tshirt on, and when going out somewhere a little more formal, we can pair it with one of his gorgeous button up tops.

The quality is wonderful, I can see that these will be a favourite again next year, and the wonderful news is that they will still be in good enough nick for them to look brand new when he wears them again next Summer!

thumbnail_image9thumbnail_image10thumbnail_image11

These sweet shorts come in Mustard and Black (you can read Angela’s review on Elijah’s black pair soon), and retail for R180 each. They are available in 6-18 months as well as 2-3 years – still feeling a bit sad that they don’t come in an adults size Small!
You can get your stylish hands on these (quickly, might I add – before they sell out) right over here: http://byroeline.co.za/product/linen-harem-shorts-mustard/

thumbnail_image12image1image7
ByRoeline has also recently launched the sweetest pair of Lion Bum leggings, which are too cute not to own! So make sure you check out the website to see EVERYTHING! For mom, baby, kids and gifts. And MAYBE, they’re even currently having a sneaky sale happening. YOU’RE WELCOME.

In closing, it is truly always such a pleasure being in contact with Roeline. She is the sweetest soul who truly has such a passion for every single garment she creates. It has been such a treat getting to know her and her business over the past few months. Watch this lady – she has some amazing things up her sleeve… I can just feel it. Follow her on Instagram: @byroeline and on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ByRoeline/

Let Them Get Messy.

‘Minimi Atelier finds its essence in Spain, a land where tradition, craftsmanship and innovation merge to create beautiful, timeless garments that are one of a kind.  A land where children dream big and have little adventures… while looking and dressing like children.

At Minimi Atelier, we believe in smart, quality clothing. We enjoy “classics with a twist”, in other words chic garments but also casual pieces for an elegant-relaxed-contemporary style. Finally, we source and design with comfort in mind, so that the only limit to having fun is the exhaustion that comes after hours of play!’

Angela and myself were each sent one of the new Play2Learn Overalls for our boys (aged 2.5 years) and we are so excited to share our views on them!

image2

My thoughts (Lisa):

Why toddlers don’t come with some sort of manual or ‘care kit’ is beyond me. If we could only use a couple of hashtags for kids my sons age, it would be #destruction or #mess. Thing is, if we just knew that an activity such as painting could be made easier with one simple product, we’d be funding the art stores for supplies because we know it’s something our kids love doing so much, and it’s so great for their development!

I often find myself with a throbbing headache when taking on messy tasks with Olly. Being a work from home mom, the couple days Olly is at school, or when he naps during the day, I frantically rush around the house vacuuming, picking up and doing laundry. So the thought of encouraging a task that is just going to create more mess stresses me out. It leaves me feeling anxious, and constantly on edge which always seems to start the activity on a bad note for both of us.

image1

When Marina from Minimi Atelier contacted me with information on her brand new Play2Learn Overalls, I instantly felt a sense of relief. Olly has a little apron that covers the front of him and his shoulders, but it just doesn’t cover ENOUGH, and because it is plastic, it’s super uncomfortable. He fights me when I try to get him to wear it, and I feel irritated before we’ve even begun.

These beautiful overalls make so much sense in my life! Since receiving ours, we do a messy activity every single day! It has made such a difference in so many developmental areas for Olly. Being slightly sensory, Olly needed to be doing messy play. Shaving cream, different textured feels in bowls (jelly, rice, cereal, sand, seaweed, etc), and finger painting. He is all of a sudden doing so much better, and it makes my mama heart so happy. Apart from the fact that he’s clearly improving, I’m enjoying watching him enjoy these activities so much, but also because my mind is at ease knowing that his overall can get messy, and I can simply toss it in the wash without worrying about his clothing beneath getting stained and ruined! It also means I don’t have to wash him down in the bath after every messy activity (even more YAY because of our water crisis).

Made from 100% cotton with natural fibers, the kids are kept cool while covered. And I love the fact that they don’t have buttons, not only due to choking hazards but also because it makes it super easy for your child to dress themselves. These Play2Learn overalls were inspired by Spanish Pre-schools. Marina, owner of Minimi Atelier, being Spanish herself has really seen how these have impacted the schools in Spain!

image3

The other amazing thing is that 1 size fits all: 2Y – 5Y which means that these are such wonderful and necessary investments for your home. They make a wonderful gift for a child who loves doing art or baking. The quality is phenomenal, and I struggle to get my son out of it when he’s finished painting because they are just so comfy! Funny, as boys aren’t used to wearing dresses which I thought would possibly frustrate him with his legs being limited, but I was wrong!
Two styles for girls (check out the review by Following The Bean: http://www.followingthebean.com/activity-overall/2017/2/12/activity-overall-minimi-atelier), and two for boys, they have all been designed and manufactured with so much love right here in South Africa. So, here’s to having enjoyable, mess-free art and baking sessions with your kids, thanks to Minimi Atelier.

Angela’s Thoughts:

Elijah is quite a whirlwind. His teachers have warned me that I must watch him all of the time as he is into everything and wants to try everything out! This includes seeing what a slimy green paint colour will look like smeared over his shorts and sticking his craft glue all over his new (I shouldn’t tell you, but designer) t-shirt.

dsc_0747dsc_0757

Which is where this awesome Minimi Atelier Play2Learn overall comes in. I just love it! It is ideal for crafts, painting, baking (we do a lot of baking in this house) and even for when you are about to give your little one something messy to eat and don’t feel like having to change their clothes afterwards.

dsc_0867
They are made from a cotton blend, exceptionally comfortable garments designed to be thrown over whatever your darling is wearing. Or over just a nappy when you don’t want to have to hose your child down outside after eating a messy treat like an ice lolly.

Elijah has the pale blue overall which I really adore him in. He looks so sweet in his overall that I just want to eat him up. Plus, it;s so easy to pull on and off that never has he once complained about me putting it on him. And, we all know how toddlers can be, right? If you are looking for an overall for your child, I would definitely consider this one.

I AM MOM

I’ve been doing a little series on ‘I AM MOM’ over the past few months. Learning to love my postpartum body has been a huge challenge for me, and I know that so many moms can relate. The new stretchmarks that suddenly made their appearance in the middle of your second trimester after baby had a growth spurt (just after you thought you were one of the luckier women who didn’t get any). The cellulite you didn’t even know could exist in certain areas of your body. The (what I like to call) Kangaroo pouch which is excess skin that has decided it doesn’t plan on going anywhere no matter how well you eat or how dedicated you are to your exercise routine! Those once perky boobs that have now made their way with gravity in their own directions, which left me with no other decision but to toss my before pregnancy ‘no support’ bikinis I once felt remotely attractive in!

Beach days were once a normal daily routine for me, which have now become a ‘task’ that we are hesitant about and we do just because our kids could do with some fresh air at the seaside. Because it makes our hearts happy seeing them run free, splashing in the waves & building sandcastles. But, let’s all get real – we’re busy thinking about the awful tshirt tan we are currently working on, as well as wiping away the drips of sweat as we try to shade ourselves from the heat while sitting fully dressed (more than usual) to cover up our bodies because we are worried about what others will think when we have to jump up and sprint half way down the beach to stop our kid from chasing that bird in our bikinis, with our ‘after baby’ belly bouncing up and down (with our not so firm anymore boobs).

Part of the problem, (apart from our drop in confidence since giving birth and the power of our brains) is not having a swimming costume that compliments and supports our bodies and our individual builds. I took it upon myself to do some research on what swimwear is the best investment for moms of all shapes and sizes, and I am so excited to share my outcome with you.

Grey Emporio is a Western Cape based shop (don’t stress – they have an online store too) which stocks the most amazing swimwear for women like us! The mommy bod type of women! Their stores have a huge variety from bikinis, tankinis and one pieces! They stock the very well known and loved brand – Seafolly as well as their own Grey Emporio collection which meets the same standard and quality, perhaps with a little more colour!

These are the few that I tried on and felt best complimented our postpartum bods. I kept the slightly bustier and curvier women in mind as well as the smaller mamas and breastfeeding moms. Their sizes range from size 8 – 18.

For many, the price tag is a little intimidating – HOWEVER, the quality, comfort and lifespan of these costumes will make you rethink your immediate thoughts.

Sidenote: I bought a stunning Seafolly costume in Australia in 2009, the quality is still as it was back then. The Grey Emporio swimwear will be exactly the same!

These are a few of my favourites:

Seafolly Twist Halter Maillot: http://greyonline.co.za/product/seafolly-twist-halter-maillot/
Available in Black & Navy

seafolly-10373

Great for bustier and breastfeeding moms, however the more petit moms can most certainly pull this style off too!
Seafolly Soft Cup Halter Maillot: http://greyonline.co.za/product/seafolly-soft-cup-halter-maillot/#
Available in Black, Navy & Red

seafolly-soft-cup-halter-maillot-1

Perfect for the broader hipped women, which really compliments the curves. Stunning ties at the back which will provide some extra support. Also great for the bustier ladies.

Seafolly Riviera Lace Deep “V” Maillot One Piece

seafolly-one-piece

Perfect for the smaller ladies who have a little cleavage they want to show off. Also a good choice for breastfeeding moms, as the straps can easily pull down.

Seafolly Caribbean Kool Maillot One Piece

10691-038_front_full_1

A stunning, funky one piece for the more petit of moms.

And to save, MY personal best fit and favourite for last :
Cross-Back Detail One-Piece Black and White

Incredibly comfortable, holds my boobs, bum and stomach in at all the right places and leaves me with the feeling of having my before pregnancy body. That confidence was back and running down the beach (which yes, I did have to do when my two year old son decided to bolt down the beach when we were having these photos taken) in front of an audience. I didn’t feel myself jiggling about, and the only looks I got were looks of people oohing and aahing while walking by and seeing my son and I playing on the beach.
My words of advice, invest in one of these beautiful costumes, and I can assure you, at least a little boost of confidence will come rushing through your body! That, and the fact that your costume will be so gorgeous, you won’t want to keep it hidden!

We deserve to spend summer having fun on the beach, and at the poolside. We deserve to feel gorgeous (because we ARE) and we deserve to not care about people looking at us, because at the end of the day, we are the only ones judging ourselves. 80% of people looking at youare enjoying the site of a mama bear enjoying a beach day with her little cubs.

Make Your Statement with ByRoeline

ByRoeline is a very special Knysna based clothing collection for babies, kids and adults. By Roeline is a collection of minimalist, ethically made threads.

I came across ByRoeline on Instagram one day, and just loved what I saw on her online store. There was an obvious love and passion for what she does, and just so much truth printed on her garments. Ranging from adults tshirts, babygrows, fancy bibs, bags, décor items and Christian prints – she really has a good variety of meaningful garments for all of us, and so reasonably priced!

Roeline was sweet enough to send me one of her t-shirts to add to my ‘Moms Christmas Wish list’. She let me choose one from her ‘Adult’ collection.  I must admit, it was tough to choose just one, but I couldn’t resist the plain white 100% cotton tee that read ‘I’m not like a regular mom, I’m a cool mom.’ Doesn’t this just hit home for each of us?

Chatting to Roeline, I felt as if I had known her a lifetime. Such an incredibly sweet, professional local creative. She certainly does know how to follow trends with the colours she offers, and knows how to make a simple saying a very bold statement.

Her baby grows are just divine. Some cute and quirky, and others with a very special, meaningful scripture, complete with a beautiful, delicate pattern.  These are definitely must-have’s to keep aside for baby shower gifts.

It makes my heart overflow with joy when I find a company that stays true to their word – and I often find that when I order online, I don’t get what I saw online. But, with ByRoeline, you get everything and more. That promised comfort, the eco-friendly complete garment and the fit that is explained to you on her website. I love this! There’s no going wrong when ordering online with her.

My order arrived within a day of ordering and it was even packaged beautifully in a little bag which held my gem of a garment! It’s the little things that leave us running back!

This is only the start of an ongoing relationship for me with this incredible new company who is without a doubt going places.
